This site, in conjunction with a software program, will enable determination of the electric transmission system uses by generators and load centers. Electric transmission system costs, miles, losses or revenue requirements of each facility can be charged to each generator or load center according to their actual use for system, on-peak, off-peak, real time, or annual.
System constraints and new facility additions are directly identified by the generators and load centers, that cause, or create, the need to use them.
